Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a qualified engineer to be part of a thriving planning and hydraulic modeling team in our Tempe, AZ office. Responsibilities include working on water, wastewater, stormwater planning and design. Projects could include master planning, conceptual studies, hydraulic evaluations, sewer, water, and storm water infrastructure planning and design.
Minimum qualifications:
- BS degree in engineering and the ability to achieve EIT or PE licensure.
- 3 years of progressive experience related to water/wastewater/stormwater planning and hydraulic modeling.
- Knowledge of hydraulic modeling platforms such as Innovyze InfoWater/InfoSWMM, Bentley WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS, PCSWMMM, etc.
- Proficiency in technical writing and report preparation.
- Eagerness to thrive in a high-performance work culture with willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Science or Master of Engineering degree.
- PE licensure
- Experience with GIS and/or Power BI.
- Ability to delegate work and lead teams.
